This website is an informational site about the Cognithor project. The content is provided for general information purposes and is not intended as legal, financial, or professional advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or freedom from errors.
3. Packs and the creator marketplace
Cognithor packs sold through this site (or the future marketplace) are software products governed by their own license terms, which are included in the pack manifest. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider (currently Gumroad); their terms and refund policy apply to purchases. Refunds are available for 14 days after purchase through the payment provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to:
- Engage in any activity that would violate applicable laws
- Attempt to compromise the integrity or availability of the site or its infrastructure
- Impersonate the project, its maintainers, or other contributors
- Scrape or mirror the site in a way that imposes a disproportionate load on the hosting infrastructure
