Don't build the LLM loop, the memory stack, the channel adapters, or the gatekeeper. Plug into an operating system that already has all of them.
Cognithor users are privacy-conscious, technical, and pay one-time for tools they own forever. They are the best paying customers on the internet right now.
70% revenue share, forever. No exclusivity clause. Sell the same pack elsewhere if you want. The project doesn't care.
Gumroad handles checkout, tax collection, fraud, chargebacks, and refunds. You handle the pack. Monthly payouts land in your bank.
Pack binaries live on GitHub Releases via signed Ed25519 bundles. Update delivery is automatic. You push a new version; every user gets it.
Push a new version. Users see the update banner in their Flutter Command Center within 60 seconds. One click installs it.
Transparent breakdown. No hidden fees, no processing charges, no platform “marketing” deductions. The only cuts are the ones listed below.

Anatomy of a Cognithor pack. Minimum viable packs need just five files. Flagship packs add a Flutter widget, an onboarding wizard, and a full test suite.
Five commands from an empty directory to a paying customer. The CLI handles signing, testing, uploading, and payout wiring.
$ cognithor pack initScaffolds a new pack directory with manifest, skills, tools, README, and LICENSE stubs. Takes 10 seconds.
$ cognithor pack buildBundles every file, signs the result with your Ed25519 publisher key, and produces a tarball ready for distribution.
$ cognithor pack testRuns the 5-check validation pipeline: schema validation, tool allowlist, security scan, dependency audit, and a live install in a sandbox.
$ cognithor pack publishUploads the signed tarball to GitHub Releases and registers the pack with the Cognithor registry and your Gumroad product page.

Only the skills directory (MIT) and the tool implementations (Apache 2.0) must be open-source — that's how the community verifies security. Everything else (prompts, templates, Flutter widgets, wizards) is your IP and can ship as closed binaries.
Gumroad fees are passed through directly, so if they drop, you earn more; if they raise, you earn slightly less. Cognithor's 20% cut is contractually locked for three years from launch.

No. If a customer refunds within the 14-day window, Cognithor and the creator both return their cut. You're only paid on sales that stuck.
